Aesthetic fillings are also known as white fillings. They are an alternative to traditional amalgam fillings ("black fillings").

Advantages: their advantages include natural look, more accurate shaping, mechanical resistance (suitable even for molars), chemical bond to dental tissues and less tooth preparation compared to amalgam, the polymerization accomplished with light and therefore the possibility to eat immediately.

We use so called Kofferdam membrane in order to achieve even higher quality of the esthetical filling. This membrane helps to keep the teeth dry which is neccessary for the proper filling application. This elastic membrane is penetrated, which creates holes for teeth, and then pulled over the teeth during the procedure.
